Brandy's yoga journey began with a longing to de-stress and quiet the mind. It was through a passion to better understand, the love for reading, and a few years of study that led her to a yoga mat. Her yoga practice first began at home without really knowing the true benefits. It was after she started attending classes at a studio that she discovered a connection to being in the present moment, something she had frequently read about but not yet understood. As she continued to practice being present and living a balanced life, she found that sharing this joyful way of movement and living with others is what she strongly desired to do. Following her heart, she completed the 200-hour teacher training program to obtain a proper skill set to share this ancient knowledge with others. Being excited to share human connection through movement, she then continued to further her training in AcroYoga as well. Brandy loves welcoming anyone who wishes to explore and feel the true benefits that yoga has to offer everyone.
