YOGA

With a rich history thousands of years old, yoga practice is a beneficial form of exercise that promotes a healthy body by building strength, breath awareness and inner peace. Vinyasa Flow joins breath with movement, as your teacher guides you through a series of poses. Students will walk away relaxed and rejuvenated, as body tension is lessened, stress is released and a harmonious joining of the body, mind and spirit has taken place.

Class Information

All Fitness students should wear comfortable exercise attire. Students should plan to be barefoot and provide his or her own yoga mat. It is suggested to bring a towel and have plenty of water on hand. Single classes are $10.00 each; multi-class passes are available for $75.00 (includes 10 classes).
